Welcome to Bianka Beauté. By booking an appointment, attending a consultation, receiving treatment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments and bookings

Appointments may be booked online, by telephone, email, social media, or in person.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Certain treatments may require a consultation before an appointment can be confirmed. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is considered unsuitable or unsafe.

Cancellation policy

To avoid cancellation charges, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment value.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment value.

We understand that genuine emergencies can occur and reserve the right to exercise discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Late arrivals

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment time to avoid disruption to other appointments.

If insufficient time remains to safely perform the treatment, the appointment may be cancelled and cancellation charges may apply.

Deposits and payments

Some treatments may require a booking deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellation, rescheduling outside the permitted notice period, or non-attendance.

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

We currently accept cash and major debit and credit cards.

Prices may be updated from time to time. Current treatment prices are displayed on our website and booking system.

Refund policy

Due to the nature of beauty, skincare, aesthetic, and advanced treatments, refunds cannot be provided for completed services.

If you have concerns regarding a treatment, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assess the situation and discuss an appropriate solution.

Health and medical information

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information regarding:

  • Medical conditions
  • Allergies
  • Skin sensitivities
  • Pregnancy or breastfeeding
  • Current medications
  • Previous cosmetic procedures
  • Recent surgeries or medical treatments
  • Any other relevant health concerns

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability, safety, and results.

Bianka Beauté accepts no responsibility for complications, adverse reactions, or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical information.

Consultation and treatment suitability

All treatments are subject to professional assessment.

Bianka Beauté reserves the right to refuse, postpone, modify, or discontinue treatment where:

  • A treatment is considered unsuitable
  • A contraindication is identified
  • A medical condition may affect treatment safety
  • Expected results are unlikely to be achieved
  • Required information has not been disclosed
  • A client fails to follow professional advice
  • Client behaviour is inappropriate, abusive, aggressive, or threatening

Any decision made regarding treatment suitability will always prioritise client safety.

Advanced treatments

Bianka Beauté offers advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments, which may include:

  • Laser treatments
  • Microneedling
  • Mesotherapy
  • Skin rejuvenation treatments
  • LED light therapy
  • Chemical peels
  • Advanced facials
  • Other specialist skin treatments

While every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure safety, all treatments carry some level of risk.

Possible side effects may include:

  • Temporary redness
  • Swelling
  • Bruising
  • Tenderness
  • Dryness or peeling
  • Increased skin sensitivity
  • Pigment changes
  • Allergic reactions
  • Infection
  • Delayed healing

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Results depend on many factors including skin type, age, genetics, lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Client consent

By proceeding with treatment, clients acknowledge and accept that:

  • They have had the opportunity to ask questions before treatment.
  • They understand the treatment being performed.
  • They understand the potential risks and side effects.
  • They have disclosed all relevant medical information.
  • They consent to receiving the treatment.
  • They agree to follow all pre-treatment and aftercare instructions provided.

Patch testing

Patch testing may be required before certain treatments.

Where a patch test is recommended or required, treatment may be refused if the client declines testing or fails to attend the patch test appointment.

Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following all aftercare advice and instructions provided by Bianka Beauté.

Failure to follow aftercare guidance may affect treatment results and increase the risk of complications.

Bianka Beauté cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow professional aftercare advice.

Photography and treatment records

For certain treatments, clinical photographs may be taken before, during, and after treatment for assessment, treatment planning, progress monitoring, insurance purposes, and record keeping.

Photographs will not be used for marketing, advertising, social media, or promotional purposes without separate client consent.

All photographs and treatment records are stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Client conduct

Clients are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other clients.

Any abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory, inappropriate, or unsafe behaviour may result in the immediate termination of treatment and future appointments being refused.

No refund will be provided in such circumstances.

Age restrictions

Certain treatments are only available to clients aged 18 years and over.

Proof of age may be requested where appropriate.

Clients under 18 years of age may require parental or guardian consent for eligible treatments.

Service modifications

Bianka Beauté reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, update, or replace any treatment, service, package, promotion, pricing structure, or product offering at any time without prior notice.

Intellectual property

All content displayed on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, graphics, treatment descriptions, and other materials, remains the property of Bianka Beauté.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability
